Unless otherwise agreed in your proposal our standard refund policies are as follows.
There is a 75% non-refundable deposit for all contracts with exceptions below. Beyond that you can request a refund within the first 30 days for the balance paid above the deposit.
There is no refund available for web hosting.
There is no refund available for advertising.
You can request a refund within 30 days for any courses you have purchased.

To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples ( in the form of free course previews or previous project testimonials) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
You have problems that prevent you from accessing a course. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for non-accessibility issues beyond our control such as DDOS or other malicious attacks against our site.
